For thin-walled tubes, the outer diameter can be as small as 5mm, with thickness less than 0.25mm. Cold-rolled pipe has higher precision than hot-rolled pipe.<\/span><\/span><\/p><h2 style=\"font-weight: normal; line-height: 1.2em; color: #333333; font-family: sans-serif, Arial, Verdana, 'Trebuchet MS'; font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">The raw material for seamless steel pipe is round bar. Round bar is cut to fixed length by cutting machine, and then transferred to reheating furnace for heating at about 1200\u2103. After heated, it is transferred into cone roll piercer\u00a0for piercing. This piercer has high production efficiency, good product quality, greater expanding\/piercing, and it can pierce variable steel grade. After piercing, the round billet is skew-rolled, continuous rolled, and extruded by rolling mill, and then for extracting and sizing, after sizing. Then, it runs into cooling tower to be cooled, and to straightening machine to be straightened. At last, the pipe is delivered by conveyor to metal flow detector (or hydraulic testing) for internal inspection.<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
